What are some psychological tricks to convince other people? Communication Skills

Few months ago I attended a workshop on Communication Skills. There I learned many things such as:
A) Errors while we communicate
B) Gaps that occur while we communicate
C) How can you always put your point above in a very great manner without being rude or aggressive

So these are some points which, if you follow you will see a great change in yourself.

1.) Be charismatic.

Have this magnet aura around you. By having this contagious smile you’ll attract people. That extra confidence will put you like the leader of a wolf pack. You’ll instantly grab people by your presence.

2.) Empathise

Have some empathy and try to understand the world from their perspective as much as possible. Put yourself into their shoes and you’ll be able to convince them more easily.

3.) Good non verbal skills.

Try to read their facial expressions as much as possible and react accordingly. Decode their emotions and make sure that they are confortable where they are.

4.) Give them genuine compliments.

Be a good motivator that gives the strength to other people easily. Name the qualities you see in them. Try to be a good observer and be as relevant as possible.

5.)Emotional intelligence to regulate your emotions and be aware of them as soon as they come.

When there is an argument that is coming, try to flee from it in a way that preserve the ego of the other person. You cannot win an argument if you’re trying to convince someone of something, you just make them say yes. You try to let them come to the conclusion themselves.
