How are you .Iam @roohiasif from Pakistan .I am pretty good.I hope you also fine saved and healthy by the grace of Allah .Today I am participating this amazing contest sec-19/w5/cooking methods used in kitchen .walking through the gastronomy of another country.i am very thankful of professor nehala .all thanks to Gastronomy Teachers for privillages to walk through the gastronomy of another country.This is the fifth course of gastronomy .In this course we learnd many more things regarding kitchen .This course is greatest force behind my tried.I got motivation from this. Class.

A)Today I make Lebanese kabab.Before cooking, I take out all the ingredients and put them in front of me so that it is easy for me to cook.If we keep all the things in the order form, the food will be prepared very easily and time will also be saved.The previous course class has been explained in this way that all the items should be placed in order form so that it is easy to cook
what cooking method you are using?
A)In this course we have learned three cooking method.
1)Dry heat cooking method
2)cooking method with moist heat
3)combined cooking method
I use all three cooking methods in my cooking.Today I make labnese kabab and I am using cooking method with moist heat.This is one of the techniques in which no fat or oil is add.it is used to soften the fiber of the food this method steamed,pressure cooked boiled.

Four. | 3 table spoon for binding |
I am using spices of Lebanese kabab .
cooking method with moist heat.
step1
Wash the mince and put it in a stainner to drain its excess water and keep it on the other side to boil the potatoes.Keep the minced meat in a separate pot to boil.

Keep hot water in a pan, when the water gets hot, break the spagetties and put it in it.Leave them in the water for 10 minutes, when they tender put in a stainner to drain it's excess water and keep it .

In a big pan, add mincemeat, boil potatoes, add spagetties to it, mix all three together and add all the spices mention according to the ingridents list .

Add flour and mix and mash .( Mix it well and make it in to a patty)
step5
Heat oil in a pan and start adding patty to it, binding it with egg.frying 3-4 minutes .

Why did you chose that dish? What motivated you to make this recipe?
A)basically my family is beef lover.kabab is our family favourite dish .Kebabs I make at home are shami kebabs, beef kebabs,chapli kabab,Afghani kabab.

A)The result is 👍👍 excellent .taste is unique crispy and crunchy.white paper and spaghetti I am included kabab is Made the food test delicious.The same ingredients are the same, all the spices are a little bit if we separate the style test on it, the same thing becomes very delicious.

You displayed your cooking methods in such a detailed manner starting from moist heat ( boiling the potatoes and spaghetti) to frying of the mixed rolls. Without doubt, I strongly believe that this Lebanese kabab was delicious as shown. Which country’s cuisine is this?
