What a nice way to make and serve Spanish omelette!
Omelette is among the easiest food to make in the kitchen but looking at your recipe, I have come to understand that yours is not the regular omelette because of the potatoes added. You explained the preparation methods in such an understandable way. I will definitely try out this recipe someday. Thank you for sharing and many success to you!🤗
