Buenas noches amigos de steemit, estas ruedas frescas de atun formaron parte de nuestra semana santa, ya que con ellas preparamos nuestro cuajado de pescado, realmente delicioso, lo acompañamos de un rico arroz y caraotas negras, una de las epocas del año mas esperadas, sobre todo por la tradicion de este plato
