10 minutes Pasta with fresh ingredients - Italy 🇮🇹 meets Spain 🇪🇸 📷>recipe guide<

Hi Steemians! In today's society everything has to go quickly, even the food! That is why many people use frozen products or instant food. This does not have to be as the following prescription shows.


Ingredients for 3-4 people





600 g of tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
5 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt pepper
400 g fresh ribbon noodles (homemade or cooling rack)
125 g of mozzarella
4-5 stick basil
50 g Chorizo


Wash tomatoes, finely dice. Garlic peel, finely chop. Mix both with vinegar and 4 tbsp oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the pasta in  boiling salt water (about 1 teaspoon of salt per liter) according to the pack instructions.




Cut the mozzarella small cubes. Wash the basil, shake dry, dab leafs. Fry the Chorizo in 1 tbsp of hot oil, drain on kitchen paper. Drain the noodles. Mix with tomatoes, mozzarella and basil.







Taste with slat & pepper. Chorizo slices crumble and spread over.  Put on a plate and enjoy!!!

Huuum, great flavors!! I didn't understand when did you had the chorizo to the pasta? After the tomato and mozzarella, or when serving??

Hi @liliana.duarte! I add the chorizo when serving, after frying you can easily break and crumble over it!
