Interesting, Must be a Canadian thing to add flour and egg into a burger ~ We call that meatloaf and use breadcrumbs and bake in an oven. I'll have to try your recipe this weekend on the grill or maybe on Monday for the main event ~ Solar Eclipse 2017 ~
