[instant food] Korean style bacon in 2 minutes 포장마차에서 먹던 고추장 삼겹살!

This the late-nighe meal of today, Gochujang samgyeopsal. It means pork belly seasoned with red pepper paste. Koreans love to eat something very similar to bacon, called samgyopsal.

오늘의 야식입니다. 포장마차 스타일 고추장 삽겹살입니다. 마트에서 할인하길래 잽싸게 사왔습니다. 2인분이네요. 그치만 전 혼자 다먹을겁니다.

I like samgyopsal with soju in Pojangmacha(Korean style cart bar). How comfortable eating Pojangmacha style samgyopsal without going outside.

포장마차에서 고추장 삼겹살과 소주 한 잔 하면 정말 좋죠. 이렇게 간편하게 집에서 포장마차 스타일 삼겹살을 먹을 수 있다니 세상 좋아졌네요.

2. heat it up in the microwave(700W) for 2 minutes.

2. 용기 그대로 전자레인지(700W)에서 2분 가열하여 드시면 됩니다.

Would you like some samgyeopsal? Although this is instant food, It tastes almost same as samgyeopsal ordered at restaurant.
