Thank you!! I'm happy to hear that! No, I've actually never really looked into it. I had no idea they ferment their own yeast. That's so interesting! Will definitely do some research on it! Thanks for you comment!
The best part is the only thing you need to make the yeast or starter is water and flour.
Here's a video all about Naples and how they make Pizza. They use cheese in the video but I've read about a similar vegan cheese that's amazing on pizza.
The cheese I am talking about is Miyoko's Mozzarella cheese.
