Salami and Cheese, yes please! Baumgartner's Revisited

I had already made a post about the fantastic Cheese Store & Tavern in Monroe, Wisconsin named Baumgartners (https://baumgartnercheese.com/), but it's just so darn cool, I felt I needed to share a more in-depth look from my most recent visit. Also, for those that will never get a chance to check it out in person, they will ship their handcrafted cheeses and meats to you. Enjoy!

The stuff on the ceiling are dollar bills. If you give a dollar to the bar tender, they roll the bill with some coins and throw it at the ceiling and it sticks. As my daughter says, "Tip Time"!
