How to make flavor chili(如何腌制风味辣椒)
Autumn is coming now, hot pepper on the market are very cheap, We can buy a lot of green pepper with a few dollars , this time, we can buy back some, pickled a bottle of flavor pepper. For each meal ,prepare a small plate of chili on the table, stimulate appetite, very delicious !And the color is green, My mother used to do it before , this time I did it myself, Now let me share with you the production process, which is very simple and easy to learn.
The preparation materials are as follows:
Chili 1 catty
A few slices ginger
Garlic clove
Salt 2 tablespoons
The octagon (big material) several petal
Some pepper
One empty bottle
- I put the green pepper in the shade for one day, because the chili is so crispy, The purpose of my doing this is to keep the chilli into the bottle without breaking it.Then start to boil the water, put water in the pan, (a small pot of water), put all the spices in it , boil it, then cool it, set aside.
Wash the tins and dry them with a rag. Don't have any water stains.I just wipe them with napkin, and if you wash them with water, they'll be dry out.
- Put the chili peppers in the bottle in turn, put a teaspoon of salt in it , then pour in the cool water, then put the lid on and put in a cool place for 10 days. That's the whole process.
现在秋天开始了,市场上辣椒都很便宜,几元钱就可以买一大堆,这个时候,我们就可以买回一点,腌制一瓶风味辣椒,每次餐桌上摆上一小蝶,刺激食欲,非常下饭的!而且颜色碧绿,每次吃的时候,大家都抢着吃。往年都是妈妈做,今年破例我亲自动手,非常不错哦!下面我给大家分享一下制作过程,非常简单易学,喜欢的朋友回去可以尝试下,呵呵。
准备材料如下:
辣椒一斤
姜几片
大蒜几瓣儿
食用盐2大茶匙
八角(大料)几瓣儿
胡椒若干
空罐头瓶一个
1.我把新从市场上买的辣椒先阴凉处放了一天,把辣椒蒂用剪刀剪掉,用纸巾把辣椒擦拭干净,我没用水洗,因为用水洗完,你还的晾干,这样浪费时间。因为这样辣椒就不那么脆了,放瓶子里好放,不至于折断。然后开始煮腌制水,把锅里放清水一水舀子,大约一小盆儿,把这些调料都放进去,烧开,晾凉,备用。
2.把罐头瓶洗净,用抹布擦干,不要有水渍,把辣椒用好一点的纸巾擦一下,就行,如果要是用水洗的话,还的晾干,那样比较费时间。
3.把辣椒依次的摆进瓶子里,最后再上面再撒上一勺盐,然后把晾凉的腌制水倒进去,最后拧好盖子,放阴凉处,10天就可以享用啦。我今天做的腌制水少了些,后来我填放的凉白开,然后又撒一勺盐,因为我怕不咸。
