Welcome to my post and hope you are doing good today! 🌹 Today I would like to share a easy and delicious dessert recipe with you. Panna Cotta literally translate as "cooked cream" and originated from Italy. This is a never fail dessert recipe I often make at home. One good news is it take ONLY 20 MIN to make before refrigeration. I have tried different proportion of the milk and cream of this recipe, I think the recipe below is perfect to me. If you think it's too heavy, you can always replace some of the cream with milk. Treat yourself with a tasty dessert after a tiring day from work.😝

Steemit的朋友大家好, 歡迎來看我的帖子 今天我想和你分享一個簡單而美味的甜點食譜,意式鮮奶凍。 Panna Cotta在意大利文中代表“煮過的鮮奶油”,這款甜品源於北意大利,在意大利餐廳常見的經典甜品。 也是我經常在家裡做的一款甜品,材料簡單,步驟容易。 我已經嘗試了不同比例的牛奶和鮮奶油,我認為下面的食譜對我來說是最完美的。 如果你認為它太膩,你可以用牛奶替代部分的奶油。吃的時候配上自己喜歡的水果,香滑的奶凍配上微酸的水果,一口有兩種滋味。是一款很適合忙碌都市人的甜品喔。上班太辛苦了,做個小甜品獎勵一下自己和家人吧😝

Panna Cotta's Recipe 🌹 意式鮮奶凍

INGREDIENTS: 材料:

Milk牛奶180ml
Double Cream鮮奶油340ml
Gelatine leaves吉利丁片7g
Vanilla bean雲尼拿枝half
Sugar25g

TO SERVE (Optional )

Mango芒果
fresh Mint薄荷葉

Steps: 步驟:


Step 1. Pour the milk, cream and sugar in a saucepan.

1. 把牛奶,奶油和糖倒入鍋中。

Step 2. Split the vanilla bean lengthways, scrap out the seeds. Put seeds and bean into the saucepan.

2.把香草豆莢從中間剖開,用刀子刮出香草籽,把香草籽,香草豆莢放進鍋中

Step 3. Bring to a simmer and mix until the sugar dissolve.

3. 用中小火煮至糖溶化。

Step 4. Turn off the heat, cover the pan with 10 minutes. This is to give the vanilla to fuse the milk while it cools.

4.關火,蓋上鍋蓋,靜待10分鐘。 這是為了讓香草籽香氣融入牛奶。

Step 5. Soak the gelatine leaves into ice water until soft.

5.用冰水泡軟魚膠片

Step 6. Squeeze the water our of the gelatine leaves. Add the gelatine leaves to the pan and stir until the gelatine has dissolved.

6.擠乾魚膠片,把魚膠片加入鍋中,攪拌至溶解。

Step 7. Discard bean and remove lumps from the cream mixture.

7.取走香草豆莢,並把混合物過篩

Step 8. Pour the mixture into the container and put it in the fridge until, it takes around 2 hours.

8.倒入小杯容器,放至室溫後用保鮮紙包好並冷藏 2小時即成
