TAGALOG LANGUAGE:

Ang "Ginisang Munggo" ay isa sa mga masustansya na pagkain at paborito kong ulam na lutuin. Kadalasang niluluto ito sa mga karatig na probinsya at nilalahukan ito ng karne ng baboy o karne ng manok at sa huli inilalagay ang dahon ng ampalaya at ng sili. Nguit ang putahe na aking ginawa sa "Ginisang Munggo" ay iba, nilahukan ko ito ng mga gulay.
Simulan na natin ang pagluluto.

ENGLISH:

"Ginisang Munggo" is one of the nutritious foods and my favorite dishes to cook. It is often cooked in neighboring provinces and is poached by pork or chicken meat and eventually puts the leaves of the ampalaya and the chili. Knowing the dish I made on "Ginisang Munggo" was different, I mixed it with vegetables.

"Ginisang Munggo" - (Sauteed mung beans)


MGA SANGKAP - (INGREDIENTS):

  • 1Cup of Munggo
  • 1Cup of Pumpkin
  • 1Cup of “Misua”
  • ½ of Onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 finger size of ginger
  • Pechay or cabbage
  • Shrimp, pork or chicken (optional)
  • 1 to 2tsp of salt
  • 2tsp of oyster sauce

PAGTUTURO - (INSTRUCTION):

TAGALOG:

1. Magpakulo ng tubig sa kaserola at ilagay ang “munggo” ng 40 minuto. Pagkatapos maluto; ahunin at salain upang maalis ang tubig at kumuha ng isang mangkok at itabi.

ENGLISH:

1. Boil water in the casserole and place "munggo" for 40 minutes. After cooking; Remove and drain to remove water and take a bowl and set aside.


TAGALOG:

2. Ihanda at gayatin ang bawang, sibuyas, luya, kalabasa at ang karne.

ENGLISH:

2. Prepare and slice the garlic, onion, ginger, squash and the meat.


TAGALOG:

3. Igisa ang bawang sa mantika kasunod ang sibuyas at ang luya; isunod naman ang karne na lutuin hanggang sa ito ay maging kulay brown.

ENGLISH:

3. Sauté garlic in oil after the onion and the ginger; follow the meat to cook until it becomes brown.


TAGALOG:

4. Ilagay ang inihandang kalabasa sa ginisang bawang; at haluin ito ng dahan-dahan at budburan ng asin at ng paminta at isunod ang isang baso ng tubig. pakuluan ng 5minuto at haluin.

ENGLISH:

4. Put the prepared pumpkin on the roasted garlic; And mix it slowly and sprinkle with salt and pepper and fill with one glass of water. Cook 5 minutes and mix.


TAGALOG:

5. Dagdagan ng 4 na baso ng mainit na tubig at ilagay ang nilaga na “munggo” at haluin; lagyan ng “oyster sauce” haluin at pakuluan ng 5 minuto.

ENGLISH:

5. Add 4 glasses of hot water and put stewed "munggo" and mix together; Place "oyster sauce" mix and boil for 5 minutes.


TAGALOG:

6. Ilagay ang isang mangkok ng “misua” haluin at pakuluan ng 2 minuto; ilagay sa ibabaw ang pechay o cabbage at huwag haluin at takpan.

ENGLISH: 5. Place a bowl of "misua" mix and boil for 2 minutes; Put the pechay or cabbage over and do not mix and cover.
