What i don't miss every morning is my breakfast because People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level , is the most important food within the day. I love meditation but i dont get time to do it everymorning. I train not more than one hour everymorning to keep fit. Nice post

Thanks, @jacksonoskele. Yes, breakfast is a significant meal as it maintains metabolism. So I spend more time and money for that.:)
