In this series we will discuss the Nutritional value of fruits, however in this post we will be discussing Orange,
Stay tuned for other fruits in my subsequent post.

So eating healthy help to stay fit.

For this edition let's look at the nutritional value of ORANGE

Herperidin's in orange helps to lower the blood pressure levels and also folate protects the body against cardiovascular diseases.
So Eating at least one orange a day help bring down out blood pressure level.
