Deviled Eggs

Here we go ! My deviled eggs!

Boil dozen eggs.

Cut in half, place yolks in bowl and set whites aside to be filled.

In bowl , add about tablespoon of mayo.
Tablespoon of spicy brown mustard, mine has horseradish in it. You can also use yellow mustard, I like hot spices :)
Teaspoon of canned diced jalenpo or pickle relish.
Salt/pepper
Shot or 2 of hot sauce .

You can adjust ingredients to your taste!

Once mixed together, I use a plastic storage bag, gallon size, place mixture in bag, cut a corner and you have your own piping bag.
Fill your eggs!!
Chill and enjoy!!!!
