Garlic, Ginger and Onion are commonly used in my region and they are super foods in my point of views. Scientific studies have proved great results of these vegetables in preventing many diseases.
I agree with you on those foods being amazing for disease prevention. I use ginger and garlic in many dishes that I make for my family and I love putting ginger in green tea to take with me to work. I always feel off if I don't get my ginger tea, I feel like I have less energy during the day. Great suggestion!
