HI Friends,

I hope you liked my post title - BBBBB, which stands for Brian Bakes Badly Burt Bacon!

I tried making bacon in the oven as a part of breakfast, but I overcooked it badly. I am not sure what happened, as I normally do 10 minutes per side at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, but this bacon was barely edible.

I think the bacon was skinnier than usual, so maybe that was the main problem. Whatever the issue, I need to work to perfect my recipe… bacon for breakfast again tomorrow?
