Mango, Banana & Spinach Smoothie Recipe

How to make Mango, Banana Green Smoothie at home. Losing weight is always a challenge and finding a tasty diet recipe is even harder. I have created these healthy smoothie recipes to help you lose weight and stay in shape. This is a a really easy and very healthy recipe available for everyone. 


They are perfect for dairy-free, clean, vegetarian, gluten-free, raw diet and Paleo-friendly diets. This is a green smoothie recipe, that looks and tastes incredible. Healthy smoothies are quite filling too and can make a good meal replacement, particularly if you’re having smaller more regular meals for weight loss. They are delicious and nutritious, each smoothy only containing between 250 - 350 calories. Pour into cups and drink immediately for a delicious, healthy and energizing drink. This recipe serves 2 people.


Mango helps with weight loss and digestion and cleansing of the skin. It makes the perfect snack. Each serving of mango is fat free, sodium free and cholesterol free. Mangos contain over 20 different vitamins and minerals, helping to make them a superfood. Ingredients for a healthy green smoothie
1 large banana - or 3 mini bananas
1 mango
1 cup of spinach - 2 handfuls
1 tsp of raw ginger - 6 gr
1 cup coconut milk - or any other milk you like
ice cubes

Optional Ingredients
Then add any of your favourite superfoods to the mix if you like!
-1 heaped tbsp chia seeds
1 heaped tbsp vanilla protein powder
½ tsp acai powder
1 heaped tsp maca

The only way to lose weight is to exercise and follow a strict healthy diet. Smoothies alone will not cut the mustard so to speak. Fruit is full of sugar and needs to be combined with exercise.

That said, this smoothie looks great and I am sure is very healthy.

I used to and still do play a lot of sport. I find maybe once or twice a smoothie is a great addition to my diet.

If you are looking to lose weight, maybe for breakfast some simple oats, with a little amount of milk. NO sugar at least 3-4 breakfasts per week is my suggestion.

Another tip.. Stretch. You will feel great.

haha thanks for the advice, yeah i would suggest having green smoothies few times a week, you can also just exclude the fruit and have the juice or green smoothie. but sugar in the morning from FRUIT is ok, you will burn it off its a natural sugar, so its fine. But yes exercise alone won't help to lose weight, its abut how many calories you consume during each day! there has to be a deficit!

yes try with almond milk it really good as well and yeah ginger adds the spice :D
