Hello, first of all congratulate you on your post. I have to tell you that I am a bartender and therefore I am a lover of cocktails, including smoothies. I have to confess that this type of cocktails are highly recommended for people who want to lead a healthy lifestyle, ideal to have breakfast, and as always accompanied by exercise.
