Challenge Completed - Chest and Back Day 740 reps on March 31

Another great session in the gym last night, it was Saturday night so that means I was pumping the Saturday night jukebox through my headphones.
I really enjoy the gym as it's my chance to get away from the computer.
Last night was another solid chest and back workout, I'm still weighing in at 117kgs.
