After spending a week's holiday with a friend of mine who teaches nutrition and fitness, I learnt some interesting facts, which I'm going to leave here for future reference:

138 million people worldwide are members of a gym.

30 minutes: The amount of minimum time that we should spend exercising every day.

Exercise can double the amount of new cells in our bodies.
