I’ve been eating just veggies, beans, chickpeas and lean meat occasionally. Haven’t eaten any processed food for 2 years! Yes no bread, pizza, no dairy nothing. Just pure real food, I’m shredded and can sprint 100 m in 12.5 seconds at 36. Don’t even need to work out, just play sports :))

Well, it's not easy to not eat processed food and particularly for 2 years. The environment we live in processed food is everywhere.
So to have the discipline to stay clean that's excellent that's quite an achievement 💪🏾💪🏾
Veggies with vegetable proteins and occasional lean meat is great diet.
And man, your really fast sprinter!!😎👍🏾
