Gym tip: do a better bench press

Try this shot at bench press with barbell.

You will require less your elbows and your shoulders thus work more your pecs.

Are suggesting a different grip position or the actual path of the barbell? It is hard to tell from the picture.

If you do not want to force the rotator cuff, I suggest a bar grip slightly wider than the shoulders.
The inside of the chest is less focused. To do this, I propose a squeeze press.
