Oohhhh Leg Day

Another fun leg day. Actually hit the #50squatchallenge between jump hack squats and sumo pop squats.

Sumo pop squats are a combo of sumo squat jumps into narrow squat and back to sumo. That's 1! So really 3 sets of 15 is 30 squats in each set!
30 total jump hack squats
30 total Bulgarian squat (single leg squat)
90 total sumo & narrow squats
150 squats for today!!!!
Was a great day!! Tomorrow is rest day!!
