Why Proteins are important:
Proteins are the core foundation of human body, it helps in:
- build and repair body tissues
- build muscle blood and internal organs and in-fact hair and nails are mostly made of protein.
- Making enzymes, hormones, and other body chemicals
- building block of bones, muscles, cartilage, skin, and blood
"IF" You are not taking enough proteins:
- Hair loss
- Brain fog
- Food carvings
- Slow recovery from injury
- Low energy
- Poor sleep
- weakened immune system
