Why Proteins are important:

Proteins are the core foundation of human body, it helps in:

  • build and repair body tissues
  • build muscle blood and internal organs and in-fact hair and nails are mostly made of protein.
  • Making enzymes, hormones, and other body chemicals
  • building block of bones, muscles, cartilage, skin, and blood

  • Hair loss
  • Brain fog
  • Food carvings
  • Slow recovery from injury
  • Low energy
  • Poor sleep
  • weakened immune system
