hmm, interesting. I am trying to think about replacing candies with dried fruits. it sounds like more healthy. The idea is that if you would uncontrol eat even healthy meals, it might bring some side effects, so even healthy food should be eaten in the proper amount.
That's a great lesson to take away from this post, that overeating even healthy or healthier options can have consequences. Everything in balance and moderation! :)
