Fitness Diary #9: Great Workout! BACK DAY!

Fitness Diary number 9! We are definitely getting up there.. I am not posting as much on Steemit, mostly because I truthful haven't been putting in the effort in getting to the gym. 

Exercise 1

Rack Pulls

Pretty much every-time I write about rack pulls I say I LOVE THEM. Its because I do! You get to pull HEAVY weight with these bad boys!

My performance

135lbs x 8 Reps

225lbs x8 Reps

315lbs x 8 Reps

405lbs x 7 Reps

465lbs x 5 Reps

I felt great after slamming down 465lbs on to the rack!

Exercise 2

LAT Pull down

My Performance

90lbs x 8 Reps

140lbs x 8 Reps

160lbs x 8 Reps

180 x 7 Reps

Exercise 3

Seated Rows

Seated rows are so easy to do and they're great for them muscles! Sit on the machine and pull the weight back to your chest and squeeeze!

My performance

90lbs x 8 Reps

140lbs x 8 Reps

180 x 4 Reps

90lbs x 8 Reps

Finishing words:

Over all great workout, I never had a partner today. I really need to find one so I can start going to the gym more frequent. I gotta follow my own tips!

Every time you catch yourself skipping and pushing off, stand up and dont allow yourself to make excuses!! Or else you'll start making a habit of it!

Do you have an extra arm day? I like to combine my back day with biceps training, it saves me a lot of time :D
