Look no further and check out these 5 basic exercises.
1. Seated Chest Press -
this actually requires an exercise machine. Sit down on the machine and lean against it. Hold the bars in front of you and pump the machine in a controlled motion, making sure you exert pressure on both your arms and chest muscles. Do 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps each day along with your other man boobs exercises.
2. Cable Crossovers -
this is another of the man boobs exercises that require some equipment. Standing up with pulleys at each side, hold on to each side with your arms extended and simply start pulling your hands together right at the center of your chest. You know you are doing this right when you can feel your chest muscles moving. Do 4 sets of 8-12 reps each day.
3. Dumbbell press -
Another set of man boobs exercises would be the inclined dumbbell press. Lie down on a bench inclined at 45 degrees. Hold two dumbbells with each hand above you with arms fully extended in front of you. Lower the dumbbells to the sides and down to shoulder level and lift them back again. Do 4 sets with 8-12 reps per set.
4. The bench press -
this is the other one of the two man boobs exercises that needs a gym bench, but this time it must not be inclined. Lay against the bench and life a barbell above you. Extend your arms upward, pushing the barbell up and then bring it down just above your chest. Your hands have to have equal distances from the ends of the barbells. Start out with 8-12 reps per set and go for 4 sets a day.
5. Push Ups -
Among the many man boobs exercises, this is the one that requires no equipment at all. Just place your hands on the floor at shoulder length apart and then lie face front on the floor. Using your arms and chest push your entire body upward, keeping your body straight, and return to the original position.
