Expression Fitness
Many encounter conflict daily. I often wonder what happens to people over time. We live in an age where running or hiding from conflict is as easy as pulling up an app or flipping on a T.V. Program. Ignorantly assuming passive roles can and usually does develop into defining traits throughout many people's lives.
The benefit of channeling emotions through physical activity is the introduction to a mechanism for coping and problem solving, along with many other internal health returns. Changes in body composition can and often do provide some amount of pride. Everyone likes to look and feel good. Having some external pride is perfectly acceptable. Choosing fitness also naturally adjusts and balances brain and body chemistry when performed routinely. I personally enjoy the surges of oxygen, endorphins, dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin. For me, that's a good time.
Addressing conflict through fitness or physical activity is an excellent outlet and a wholesome expression of identity. Sticking with a health based regiment is demanding and presents opportunities to self-implode. Continually propagating wellness through conscious and purposeful decisions encourages growth in character and self-discipline.
Experiencing conflict inherently exposes our shortcomings. Fitness provides an environment to challenge and exceed limitations regularly. Expression through fitness is humbling but also liberating. We can build the strength required to be happy and free in health. Join me in expression and in wellness.

For me and many others fasted cardio would prove too catabolic, lessen muscle mass and decrease performance. Initially people not attuned to exercise do see some results. Generally if people are training regularly and making wholesome food choices they are insulin efficient and fasted cardio would probably burn less calories long term and reduce strength. My suggestion, pay more attention to macronutrient percentages and shoot for a calorie deficit in overall calorie intake.
Yes! Great post. Fitness to me is a necessity to relieve stress and anxiety. There are so many different benefits for everyone in fitness.
Couldn't have said this better myself. You hit on so many key points. Body comp - yes you'll change, you will look and feel better. Ain't nothing wrong with enjoying that side of it.

Or taking a pill. Why not stretch, do some pushups, or go for a run (or walk) instead? Resteemed.
