Keeping that momentum. It's not about the intensity at the moment just keeping the routine. Feels good to get back into the swing of things!
These 'Low Impact' rides on Peloton aren't really Low Impact! They are more technical if anything which is good. Sometimes you have to step back, focus on the details in order to move forward more effectively.
