Testing Month/Finals

I know it may be stresful to take these end of year tests and finals, it can be one of the most stressful moments of your life.
You may be like this: !

But: Dont stress too much, there are some ways you can reduce the stress:

  1. Do caliming exercies, make sure to be calm, your more likely not to have stress take over and reduce how well do you.

2.Study study study! Make sure you study before the test, the more you prepare, the more ready and the less supprised you will be when the test actaully comes. DO NOT PROCRASTINATE! Set deadlines and prepare before the test. The eariler you start, the better.

  1. Get your sleep and eat a good breakfast. Its been proven that if you get enough sleep, you can concentrate and memorize more. And not eating breakfast can make you foggy and be tired.

In conclusion, even though it may be stressful to take tests, stay postive and take steps to make sure the ready, the more steps you take to perform well, the better and easier you can do those tests. You got this everyone!
