Destroying America One Family At A Time... Child Protective Services- A Fountain Of Cash

 There's been a plan afoot for many, many years to impose a global order- a New World Order (NWO) if you will, that I've written extensively about before. This first step of this agenda is to impose an autocratic governmental apparatus- whether you call it Socialism, Fascism or any other ism is merely a matter of semantics... the result is the same, totalitarian rule by a group of oligarchs. The one stumbling block to this nefarious scheme is the nuclear family unit- the foundational building block of any civilization. The powers that be and their allies in the mass media have done everything they can to destroy the family by ridiculing it as oppressive on film, pushing the LGBTQ+ agenda on television and in the public schools and redefining it to include almost any combination of mammals, such as ugly feminists and their 50 cats. But there is one government program that provides the destroyers of morality with fodder for their child trafficking pipeline... Child Protective Services (CPS).

 What began in the 1970s in reaction to a non-existent "epidemic of child abuse," crafted by activists and lobbyists has mushroomed into a multi-billion dollar cash cow- not to mention provide a source of victims for the child trafficking pipeline. A group called the Children's Defense Fund made up of professional activists left over from the Vietnam War and Civil Rights movement set their sights on bigger and more profitable game- America's children. 

  Advocacy has become a huge and very profitable industry... and nothing sells better than children (in more ways than one). I seem always to use the Children's Defense Fund (CDF) as an example and for good reason- they're the largest, wealthiest and most corrupt. Protesting/professional advocacy began in earnest with the Civil Rights-Vietnam War protests of the late 60's and early 70's. One splendid example of one of the beneficiaries is Jesse Jackson, a humble and lowly Reverend who became a multi-millionaire... clearly not on a pastor's salary. Another example is Marian Wright Edelman who began the CDF in 1973. What these "protesters" learned from their experience is that if you use the money raised on behalf of other people's misery and use it to lobby Congress you can become rich in the process. It was in this manner that groups such as the CDF, Planned Parenthood and other like-minded groups could become recipients of government largesse... at the expense of the taxpayers.  

 The CDF successfully lobbied Congress to pass the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act, (CAPTA)otherwise known as the "Mondale Act." Mondale himself realized the damage he had done in the aftermath of this disastrous piece of legislation, but this has never been about saving America's children as much as destroying the nuclear family. The "vision" of these people is that the state should be raising children, not parents... hence Hillary Clinton's book It Takes A Village. The "village" of which she speaks is the federal government. CAPTA gave rise to the Americans Safe Families Act (ASFA) signed into law in 1997 by then President Bill Clinton. The AFSA was anything but in practice, it opened America's families up to more governmental intervention. The most damaging part is that it gave states "bonuses" for every child taken from a loving home and placed up for adoption... that states fell all over themselves to get this extra income. 

 AFSA began in Congress with bipartisan support but became contentious over issues of terminating birth parents' rights to children and multi-billion funding levels for programs to keep children out of foster care. Hillary Clinton played a key role in finding a compromise between Republicans and Democrats on the latter issue after negotiations first broke down. So clearly we can lay much of the responsibility for the current CPS nightmare on Hillary's doorstep.  

  Now it is obvious that some children should not be left in the care of some parents, typically single mothers, but the passage of these laws allowed, even encouraged CPS dimwits to let the exceptions define the rules. Like virtually all dogma-driven radical feminists, they cannot distinguish between possibility and probability. And the CPS empire certainly grows much faster if the rules are based on low-probability events.  

  Moreover, AFSA marked a fundamental change to child welfare thinking, shifting weight towards children's health and safety concerns, the now notorious "best interest of the child" standard, at the expense of reuniting children with birth parents by helping the parents. The "best interests of the child" saying in social work terms is like "abracadabra" to a magician. This phrase causes sheriffs, judges, lawyers, and professionals that deal with children to cringe and agree unreservedly with every word that child "protective" services (CPS) say like they have no will or mind of their own.  

 Every child removed from their home now provides income for 25 "professionals," The threshold for removal has become so low that a few dirty dishes in the sink now constitutes "neglect," a nebulous term that can mean whatever the social worker wants it to. To make matters worse, the family court proceedings are usually closed... even to the accused parents. The proceedings are done in a star chamber atmosphere. 

  Of course helping the parents and keeping families together is much cheaper than subsidizing adoption and foster care but the destruction of families is an avowed goal of neo-Marxist radical feminists (redfems). And, from a bureaucrat's standpoint, AFSA was a godsend that allowed their empires to grow almost unchecked.  

 This agenda has been extended to accusing parents who refuse to vaccinate their children of being guilty of abuse or neglect. Once again this isn't about vaccine efficacy, it's about replacing parental authority with the power of the state. Given that the ultimate goal is globalism, it should come as no surprise that the United Nations got in on the act. In 1990 they ratified The Convention on the Rights of the Child. This document effectively strips parents of any rights (except to pay bills) and cedes it to governments and the children themselves. These are some of the high points: 

 Considering that the child should be fully prepared to live an individual life in society, and brought up in the spirit of the ideals proclaimed in the Charter of the United Nations, and in particular in the spirit of peace, dignity, tolerance, freedom, equality and solidarity, (Brought up in the spirit of the ideals proclaimed by the UN, not of the ideals and values of the family from which the child comes).  

  Article 1 states, for clarification, that a child is any human being under the age of 18.  

 

1.  In all actions concerning children, whether undertaken by public or private social welfare institutions, courts of law, administrative authorities or legislative bodies, the best interests of the child shall be a primary consideration. (Stating that the UN is the body that determines what "the best interests of the child are) 
2.  States Parties undertake to ensure the child such protection and care as is necessary for his or her well-being, taking into account the rights and duties of his or her parents, legal guardians, or other individuals legally responsible for him or her, and, to this end, shall take all appropriate legislative and administrative measures.  
3.  
4.  States Parties shall ensure that the institutions, services and facilities responsible for the care or protection of children shall conform with the standards established by competent authorities, particularly in the areas of safety, health, in the number and suitability of their staff, as well as competent supervision. (Once again... the state- no mention of parental rights) 

  Article 9 

 

1.  States Parties shall ensure that a child shall not be separated from his or her parents against their will, except when competent authorities subject to judicial review determine, in accordance with applicable law and procedures, that such separation is necessary for the best interests of the child. Such determination may be necessary in a particular case such as one involving abuse or neglect of the child by the parents, or one where the parents are living separately and a decision must be made as to the child's place of residence. (This is where the convention authorizes CPS and family courts to intervene citing the nebulous "best interest of the child.") 
2.  States Parties shall respect the right of the child who is separated from one or both parents to maintain personal relations and direct contact with both parents on a regular basis, except if it is contrary to the child's best interests. (Once again, it is the state not parents that determine the "best interest of the child.") 

  Article 12   

 

1. For this purpose, the child shall in particular be provided the opportunity to be heard in any judicial and administrative proceedings affecting the child, either directly, or through a representative or an appropriate body, in a manner consistent with the procedural rules of national law. (It is the state that determines whether or not the child should be heard... most hearings in the US are closed and done ex parti.)

 The convention goes on from here to endow children with basically the same rights as adults... freedom of religion, assembly, expression, etc.. The parents have no say in any of this. For example, if a child wants to join a gang, or worship Satan, they have that right guaranteed under the convention- the values or wishes of the parents have no part in the child's decision. It's axiomatic that children need adult supervision- one reason that they're not legally allowed to enter into contracts until they reach their majority. The "ownership" of children is what's at issue here. I don't like the idea of owning another person any more than anyone else, but this begs the question- who owns our children, the parents or the state. This document insures and ratifies the state ownership of children (at least in the signatory countries).  

  The UN, CPS and the family courts (under federal adoption guidelines), along with NGO's such as the CDF, have formed a consortium to insure that in "the best interest of the child" parents are shut out of the process... This is what we're up against! I encourage everyone to read through the convention- it paints, in its entirety, a much bleaker outlook for parents than the little I shared.  

From the onset these laws have been designed with one purpose in mind and children are merely useful pawns in a game of global domination. Foster care has become the largest provider of children for the sex trafficking pipeline. Parents and nuclear families have been decimated by these laws and yet children are less safe than before. The black family, an institution that survived slavery, Jim Crow, the KKK and everything else thrown their way was once one of the strongest social units in the country... until the governmental beneficence of the 1960s. Paltry handouts forced the fathers out of the home as a condition of this government largesse. Now the out of wedlock birthrate in black communities is over 75%!

 The corruption in CPS is astronomical- they operate with almost no oversight. In some states CPS takes orders for children with certain traits- blonde with blue eyes being the most popular- like ordering out of a catalogue. The family court system is complicit and sides with CPS in the vast majority of cases. Social workers typically lie on the witness stand and there's no one there to refute them... the system is purposely stacked in favor of the state... why? Because this has never been about protecting children, only destroying families- God's building blocks of civilizations. Strong families produce good citizens, but the government doesn't want good citizens. Good citizens question bad policies and think for themselves. The government wants sheep who live in constant fear. 

 Remember, God began humanity with a husband and wife... 

  Psalm 127:3-5  “Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior are the children of one’s youth. Blessed is the man who fills his quiver with them! He shall not be put to shame when he speaks with his enemies in the gate.”  

 What God has joined together, let no man (or governmental agency) rend asunder. 

  Romans 13:1 - Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.  

  Acts 5:29 - Then Peter and the [other] apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.  

I've written about this numerous times and in many places, but I can't possibly underscore strongly enough a return to the values that made our country strong and good. America was once a beacon for the downtrodden of the world. Now it's become a beacon for the trash of the world, criminals from the third world who prey on our citizens and are rewarded by the government. The government has become a cesspool of corruption and CPS has become the flagship of this rampant corruption rather than a protector of children... and it has been from the very beginning. Until the people stand up and make their voices heard nothing will change. The time to act is now while we still have a country left to fight for.
