The most damaging part is that it gave states "bonuses" for every child taken from a loving home and placed up for adoption... that states fell all over themselves to get this extra income.

It always goes back to money. Yeah the state sure wants to own children. Such deception in legislation and antics. We need families to speak out and overturn this legislation...for the future of families and children. Thanks @richq11
