Texas CPS incompetence
I read a story about a Texas Judge that Sanctioned CPS for Illegally Removing Child and then Lying about it in Court
This happened in 2016 and I found it very interesting to tell. As usual, some CPS workers decided to wrongly remove a child from the father without proper investigation and then decided to cover up the mess through lies and deception. The great news here are the fact that CPS was sanctioned by a judge for having done that.
Judge found that CPS “deliberately misled the Court”
“While seeking to reform Child Protective Services, we need to be careful that those that are in the mess are not part of fixing it.” - Rep. Stickland
That is very good and the best part is that there was a lawsuit against CPS that included 12000 children who were in foster care in Texas and the group that filled it received a scathing order from a judge.

It's very good this. But it's an exception. A lot of times, the system doesn't admit they made a mistake.(and judges are part of the system)

It's very good that the system admitted a mistake but the best thing is to don't allow that same system to take the children from you in the first place because it generates an irreversible damage to the children and to you.
So, once again, I am telling that the system is not reliable and you can check more cases that show that in the #familyprotection tag.
Also, although this "child protectors" wrongly remove children that are ok with their families, they fail to detect situations of real dangers to the children.

Basicly, they are so incompetent that they fail to detect cases of real danger and then, ressenting their own incompetence in these cases, they abuse and remove children in families where they have no reason for that and vice-versa.
Solution for that? Simple, put very good and rational people as CPS workers and not these evil idiots.

I found out that there is a lot of material on youtube about Portuguese parents in UK that don't speak well English , don't know the rules of the system and so, they are easy preys to the adoption business. I also found a lot of material about things done by the Portuguese CPS, that is becoming similar to the ones from anglo-saxon countries in what regards to wrongly removing children from families. The material is in Portuguese and I want to add English subtitles and that is a lot of work so please keep curating my videos to give me motivation to do that. In Portugal, medical college is a 6 years degree and you start it after you finish high school. Tuition fees are symbolical and your entrance is only based on the high school marks. You need a very high average mark to enter.
Many people with high average marks, although they didn't think about attending medical school, are pressed by their parents to attend it.
I didn't like medical school. It was not what I wanted so I had a profound depression and I left it.
I love to write, and although English is not my native language, I will try my best to offer you interesting articles.
Apart from that, I am a Christian, I love God and I love Christ deeply with all my heart and all my soul.

It's always excellent to see judges do their job and call out bad behavior for what it is. There needs to be more of that.
I'm wondering if CPS gets paid on the back end through reimbursements by the government based on how many children are removed? I know in the United States the Division of Child Support gets such reimbursements/matching funds based on the amount of child support they collect.
The Adoption and Safe Families Act of 1997 (ASFA) signed by Bill Clinton and a brainchild of HIllary's, commoditized children by offering an incentive to the CPS worker of $4,000 per child adopted out of the foster care system with an additional of bonus $2000 for special needs children put into adoption. The parental rights of the birth parents could be severed within 2 years in the system turning the children into orphans. Given recent events, it should be obvious what the Clintons were trying to do.
ASFA is still on the books. Texas CPS went through a major cuckolding a couple of years ago and the legislature is still trying to overhaul and reorganize.
Also watch Nancy Schaefer videos. There is a theory that she was assassinated for speaking out against CPS.
That makes sense. Otherwise it doesn't seem normal for agencies to out of there way to create problems where perhaps none exits, unless there was some sort of compensation behind it all.
