Cool, huh? The guy gave it a whole week before he shat all over it. I can't help but wonder if perhaps he wrote this trash hoping for some clicks. I mean, the carnivore diet is a pretty trendy topic right now, that's true. All you have to do is a call it a fad diet that makes people sick, and we'll get the Google alerts, and go off on rants about it.
Anyway, if you're going to try it, do your research, but definitely do it for more than one week.

I know a few people who have tied it and they swear by it and say they would never go back to their old eating habits. That being said they say it takes a few months of commitment before it really takes effect AND you cant shortcut at all and need to remain very strict when following this type of diet. A few of them have SLOWLY experimented with adding other stuff in the mix like broccoli or whatever but the results of these additions vary from person to person so you need to find what works for you specifically in these cases.
This sounds like a very tough diet. I think I would have an easier time with calorie counting diets. I love meat but having it all the time is just too much.
