If you feel nervous, anxious or unhappy my advise is to exercise! Dedicating yourself to 1 hour workouts 3-5 days per week WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE. Exercise not only releases endorphins in your brain to help you feel better but it also helps your immune system, digestive system, and increases mental focus. In fact, 1 hour per day in the gym will give you 5 hours of mental focus and energy outside of they gym.
