Lose weight in a sweat?
There are millions of myths or hypotheses about how to perform the exercises, the way your body acts during the different workouts or even about nutrition. All this diversity of thoughts and variety of opinions is something we need to focus on and try to solve or correct, in order to get maximum clarity on these issues and to know the right way to do things.
One of the affirmations that most people who exercise tend to think and are generally wrong is in the security of defending the hypothesis that sweating slims. In other words, sweat is a good enough factor to be considered as that fact or reaction of the body that makes you lose weight and fat. Is this true or are we again faced with a false statement?
Fluid loss through sweating is a momentary weight loss, which is not reflected in fat reduction. Fat loss will occur as a result of increased metabolic and energy expenditure due to continued exercise.
Perhaps sweat weight loss and physical exercise go hand in hand, but you can't lose weight in the form of fluids and fat at the same time. Remember, the best way to lose weight in a concrete and real way is to diet and exercise. So if you want to stay in shape and get your figure back, what you need is to burn more calories than you consume and combined with a good workout routine, there is no bigger trick.
In conclusion, what you should avoid is to use some false and dangerous tricks that are well known in gyms, among which you can find: increase the layers of clothes you wear or cover yourself with plastic, both of which are specially designed to increase sweating. So keep to the true statement that "Sweating doesn't make you lose weight, you only lose water" because the sweating process doesn't spend enough energy to get you to lose weight or lose weight on its own.
