Smashed till it's smooth like silk - #freewrite
The first thing that came to mind was what represents 'smooth like silk' to me, MASHED POTATOES! It has to be my favorite form of mashed potatoes and especially when it is really smooth and creamy, delicious and tasty that makes you wanna go back for more.
Potatoes are a humble vegetable, looks dirty being dug from beneath the ground, doesn't look appetizing but you know it packs a whole lot of flavour when it's being cooked right.
My favorite ingredient that has to be included into my mashed when I make itnto ensure its silky smooth are raw eggs and full cream milk or cream. Yap! Thanks to the famous Gordon Ramsay, you could include a raw egg when mashing the spuds.
