Yes i partially agree with you but I beg to dissent from your view,there's a greater possibility and risk of affairs when you make an opposite sex your bestie,i have a practical example of a female friend who's bestie is also a guy and for a long time everything was fine until she had issues with her fiance and in the process of the guy (her bestie) trying to comfort her,took her out and one thing led to the other until sex happened. The lady latter settled her differences with her fiance and they are back together but before everything was sorted she had already had sex with her bestie 3 times. Even though the above situation may not apply to everyone i will say prevention is better than cure. Moreso when it's a very thin line that is between love,care and sex for a woman,most women are tempted to give their body to someone who really cares and is there for them rather than the tittle you bear to them.
