I spend so much of my time thinking about how governments can be less terrible... and it's hard not to go round and round in circles...

I know Steem is full of blockchain hope, but I honestly do think there will be a blockchainy way for normal people to vote on individual policies fairly, and not have to worry about this guy or that guy, or this lady... not worry about the idiotic 'towing the party line' and just vote on the things they actually care about.

Maybe.
Hopefully.
One day.

It won't be perfect... but there's no way it can be worse.
