Also you should be aware that sometimes on a diets like this you may just loose water weight rather than actual fat and I'm currently reading Scott Abels book ''Understanding Metabolism'' were he points out studies that have shown that rapid weight loss slows down your metabolism and trough that makes your body spend less calories and makes you feel much hungrier wich causes you to gain your weight back and even more after dieting.

yeah thats true with most diets, but i think this one is slightly different im eating enough calories, so all im doing just calorie deficit!
