I think you really choose good exercises. Those negative dips or reverse dips are great, i rarely see people do that. But its super effective.
And the handstand push ups too. Its more then lifting weight, its also a mind-muscle connection which is required to do the movements.. Im not a doctor but my guess is that stuff like this keeps a body and brains young, fit, healthy and strong.
