Get ready for the downvote wars from people who think they know how much money your posts should be worth.
Can you downvote though? I was under the impression you cant.
It's also called flagging. It removes money from the post at the same level as an upvote. There is a big battle going on on certain whales downvoting users whom they decide are making too much money on steemit.
