This third of 8 videos discusses different wallets, exchanges, and the different ways to store your cryptocurrencies. With regard to exchanges, you should do a search on Steemit and Google for the ones this video recommends, as exchanges often go through changes and some of them that are in favor now might not be good to use later.
There have been issues with Poloniex and others recently, so be careful when choosing an exchange and do proper research before you invest.
