RE: Question-Post: Got DTube better?
@kuttmoped, interesting post! I find the information in your post very useful. I checked your account and I think, in case you want to receive upvotes from DTube, you have to change some things.
I see, you got, what I try to say.
I don't want an upvote from DTube, if I have to change my style to achieve this. imho this should not be the way how such an upvote system works.
I could jump on this mainstream train, but honestly - I don't want to create content I don't like, just to make the person behind dtube happy.
Thats the reason why I do my stuff like a hobby - even if the video is a bit shaky, it shows more about the stuff I want to tell, than some glidecam 4k video ;)
@kuttmoped, I think I understand you. I also make videos/content that I like. I don't do it, because I want to get an upvote from DTube. And I know that DTube would not upvote my videos. So, I think that probably I understand you.
Btw, your videos are good.
@kuttmoped, + Steemit is still a bit centralized ecosystem with whales and so on... (Whales upvote the steemians they like). So, it's a kind of current world organization, not the real cryptoworld... So, it needs time in order to decentralize. I hope in the future, the Steemit ecosystem will become more decentralized and user-friendly.
@cryptospa I think most whales just sell voting power or votes.
Well why not. Steemit provides the possibility to do that, so it's legit.
Same goes for all the vote-bots so many (old) users complain about. Steemit seems to allow all those bots and the way they work, so it's fine. The complains should not go against the users who use such services, they should be adressed to the creators of Steemit ;)
