Greetings great steemians !
as we have arrived week 6 on the season 20 engagement challenge i welcome you to my blog as i will be presenting my assignments on the topic my business expansion and customer support

1st Section: Are you planning any expansion of your business?

Expansion of business means that the demand is getting higher, any business oriented person will always keep the interest of his/her customer and heart, expansion of business and improving customer care services is the dream of every bussiness owner.

I aspire to expand my business in future to me i see expansion of business as being successful in your field and bringing your business to more limelight because a struggling bussiness wont think of expending so for now this are my main focus,

Demand: am always putting my business on a scale to rate it now at a particular period of time i look at the improvement my bussiness had made is the demand higher or reducing? How can i improve to increase the numbers or demand in my business? Is my advertisement strategy good enough? How is my customer care services?

When i sit down to analyze this question check and see were i should improve, note if my improvement have bring positive change in my bussiness.

Supply : now this is when i decide if my business needs expansion or improvement, i check to see if my supply covers all the areas of my demand, if my services are good enough, if my supply is lower than the demand that is when the thought of expansion comes in.

2nd Section: If you are trying to expand your business, what are your strategies?

In every successful business a good strategy is needed to boost a particular business, dealing with consumable goods consistency is one of the major strategy to apply, i do this and i often get positive rewards. Am available all the time and be ready to deliver,

Competition happens alot in business it takes the fittest to survive in the bussiness world, that why am consistent in what i do i make sure to always restock fresh goods that are appealing to the eye most importantly am always available.

3rd Section: Are you paying attention to your customer service or planning to provide better service?

I prioritize giving my customers the best service i make sure i read their body language sometimes to see if they are really satisfy with my service i dont really believe in discount strategy because i myself wont appreciate a discount with bad service.

I give room for customers review and attain to it importantly.
Sometimes the fault my not be from me it might be from the source but i take full responsibility of any inconvenience because am aware that customer are bedrock of any business a bad customer service can ruin a business one had put in so mush effort to build.

4th Section: Do you and your crew understand how to work with customers?

For now i handly my business alone, but with my few years of dealing with different people i learned one thing, people's likes are different so i try to work on each feedback, customers love to see their complaints be attended to. Also appreciation goes alone way i do appreciate my customers immensely for always showing up.
How i speak to my customer matters alot, currently in my country Nigeria fuel price in on a high side and this has affected so many things especially transportation, prices of goods are facing inflation so many businesses are struggling because of this, in this case how do i relate with a customer that is disappointed with my current price? I do not pour my frustration on my customers instead i carefully explained my reasons and hopefully able to convince my customer.
