I am pleased and super excited to reach the final week of Steemit Engagement Challenge season 20. It has been a great pleasure of learning interesting courses on BUSINESS. For this week, I will share my expansion plans for Hair-by-Lynah, the strategies to apply, how to provide better customer services and work with customers to meet their expectations.

Are You Planning any Expansion of your Business?
Expansion plans for business comes with opportunities and growth. I am so intentional about my business and its growth which is the actual reason I want to expand it by providing every product related to hair/ wig making. I want to create a safe ground for my customers where they can purchase hair bundles with me without dealing on pre-order. The benefits of this are;
- Fast sales
- Customers' trust
- Good referrals
- Customers' satisfaction
With the above listed benefits of my expansion plan, it will help the business grow faster, give it a strong, loyal and trusted customer base because customers will have to meet me facially and feel the texture/ quality of the hair before making payment.

Once there are hair bundles available in the store without customer waiting for pre-order goods, it will also give room to render other services. For example; if someone is approaching me to purchase hair bundles, there is every tendency of the customer going beyond just buying but also include strands ventilation, wig making and styling.
If You are Trying to Expand your Business, What are your Strategies?
Business expansion plan can only be successful based on the strategies used. Hair business is very competitive, studying the strength and weakness of other competitors will help but you must be unique and good with your own crafts. My business expansion strategies are all set which I am already applying gradually to my business.
I want to reach global audience through digital marketing strategies. This will help sell out my products faster. Another strategy is retaining old customers through appreciation and rewards. This can be through gifts, free delivery or discounts on each product they are buying. I will be more focus on customers' needs and satisfaction so it will attract new audience to remain in business. Expansion of business requires support, at a certain point, I will seek the support of business experts so to remain in the right path.
Are You Paying Attention to your Customer Service or Planning to Provide Better Service?
Customer service has always been my top priority because I get to learn and grow better with feedback. I have a business line and a social media page where both old and new customers can reach out to me with ease and of course I am always available 24 hours to attend to them. When it comes to customer service, anyone in business with me can attest that I provide the best services at the moment. My approach to complaints and other kinds of feedbacks are top notch. I have provided many means of communication for my customers; direct calls, messages through text, WhatsApp or Instagram.
Do You and Your Crew Understand How to Work with Customers?
I'm working alone for now and yet to form a team. I have grown in this business to fully learn how to understand customers. In business, you will get to meet different people with totally different characteristics but ability to understand customers needs to be studied. This is very simple;
- Get to understand that no human is completely perfect
- Analyze customer behavior
- Pay attention to every feedback
- Try your best to meet their expectations
- Build strong relationship base on trust and loyalty with customers
- Lastly, appreciate them for repeat business through rewards, discounts or gifts.
I prioritize my customers' satisfaction by listening to their needs which gives room to building strong bonds of understanding.
