Oh, thanks very much for introducing this artist, his drawings are very impressive, with all the details. I wish the small text (annotations, tombstones, etc) was more readable in the pictures. The "Old Masters" series of posts are very interesting, there is so much beautiful artwork done and never exposed enough, thanks for letting us know!
Btw, concerning architecture sketches, I have always been impressed by Hugo Pratt's work. He sketched most Corto Maltese panels in an abstract way (characters and action), but when the panel included a building, he turned into a finely detailed & realistic mode.
