Trying to sharpen those skills
Black and white or value studies are a great way to get better at seeing and drawing shapes. Color can be very annoying so getting rid of it and focus on other more important things, helps to train the eye.
Seeing both images, the reference and the study make me realise how much I need to practise...
Also, today is may the 4th, so may the force be with you friends ;)
I kept on going a bit more and this is how I decided to end it.
