Not following you entirely, a few questions:

#1 How and where to buy PORND? BitShares the only place, so we have to register there? Or can one buy them on Blocktrades?

#2 So you'll be paying the dividend in Steem or PORND?

#3 Where does the payout go? Steem wallets or BitShares wallets? Do we need to open up a BitShares account to get the dividends?

opened up a bitshares account, pretty easy, but couldn't find anything called PORND
